The Venues.
Nottingham Rowing Club is the ideal venue for an array of private parties. We offer two venues The Boat Club and the Brit both with a riverside location, a licenced bar and a contemporary style.
The Boat Club.
The Boat Club capacity, with use of the hall and bar area is ideal for 100 to 250 people (maximum). The bar area would accommodate 50 to 60 people. Hire includes hall, bar area, toilets & washroom facilities and bar staff.
The bar has beer, lager and cider on tap and a good range of bottled beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. Requests for particular beers/real ale can be arranged if sufficient notice is given and we can supply Real Ale by agreement from National and Local breweries.
There is a stage with lighting system. The Club does not hire DJ’s, Bands or PA systems, but might be able to give advice on who and where if required. The Club does not have catering facilities, although it can provide tables for those who wish to bring pre-prepared food or outside caterers.
The hall may be decorated by hirers with the agreement of the Club. Additional facilities may be offered at extra cost where possible — please let us know your requirements when you book.
The Brit.
The Britannia capacity, with use of the front bar and the cave, is ideal for 100 to 250 people (maximum); the front bar alone can accommodate about 50 to 60 people. Hire includes the recently redecorated front bar, the cave, toilets & washroom facilities and bar staff.
The bar has beer, lager and cider on tap and a good range of bottled beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. Requests for particular beers/real ale can be arranged if sufficient notice is given and we can supply Real Ale by agreement from National and Local breweries.
The cave has a stage with lighting system. The Club does not hire DJs, Bands or PA systems, but might be able to give advice on who and where if required. A separate room, accessed from the cave, is available to lay out and serve food from if required.
